Who are you and what is your role at Optima?
I’m Kane and I’m a Consultant at Optima. I’ve always liked to support other people and Optima has given me the opportunity to guide people to their ultimate career goals and help clients to find and retain top quality employees.
Why did you join Optima?
I was initially drawn to Optima by the growth and progression opportunities within the business as well as the culture that I knew I could fit into from when I step foot in the office for my first interview (I suppose the 4-day week had a small part to play as well😉). The companies’ values and morals were the icing on the cake which helped me to decide that the Optima journey was one I wanted to be a part of.
What do you like doing outside of work?
Outside of work, Football takes over most of my spare time I have been watching/playing since the age of four and have not stopped loving it since. When I’m not having a kickabout or glued to a Premier League match, my time is mainly spent reading or watching tv shows (I’m not really much of a film guy, much to the disappointment of my colleagues).
