Once you’ve had a discussion with us to delve into the intricacies of your previous experience and the ideal role for you, we will take you through our ASPIRE process. It’s important to us that we learn about all the key factors that you’ll consider when deciding upon your next career step so that we can maximise this process for you.
Attract – An anonymous marketing portfolio will be created for you, this will include a one-page skills profile & your own page on our website. The information will then be used to attract the best businesses to you and make sure that each role we present to you fits in with all the important factors to you.
Screen – We’ll screen each business to ensure that you’re only presented with roles that fit your technical expertise, and that the company shares the same values as you. Values are massive to us, so we know they’ll have a big impact on your decision, too.
Propose – once the screening is done, we will propose businesses to you that we believe match you well and that the role itself is ideal from your perspective.
Implement – The whole process will be managed for you, by us. We’ll book your interviews, provide in-depth interview prep, and always provide you with interview feedback. We’ll make sure that all this is done in a timely fashion, so that you’re not sitting by the phone waiting for the call from us.
Review – At the end of any job process, you will have the chance to review our performance. Feedback is incredibly important to us; from providing you with feedback at each stage, but also feedback for us. So, you will receive a survey from us, and you can answer honestly, the results will go through to our Service Team who will use it to improve the business.
Embed – Once you’ve started your new role, we won’t just forget about you. Throughout your probation period we’ll act as an intermediary and help you settle into your new role. If you have any issues, you’d feel uncomfortable bringing up to someone in the early stages, we’ll make sure it’s brought to their attention. Ultimately, we’ll make sure that the new role is ideal for you.
