Who are you and what is your role at Optima?
I am Eloisa Lucketti and I will be focusing on the Controls Systems market in the North West. My job is to help find candidates their dream jobs, and help hiring managers find the right person to join their team! I pay attention to the small details to make sure that they are joining a team that will not only tap into their technical capabilities, but also somewhere they’ll fit in culturally.
Why did you join Optima?
I have recently joined Optima team as I think this was a great opportunity to help other people. At the end of the day, your career impacts a lot of things on a day-to-day basis and I believe I can help people find a career that they love. Another reason I joined Optima was due to the great people that work here, it is a great team of people that help to push each other to the best of their potential at every opportunity.
What do you like doing outside of work?
When I am not in work, I am a big social butterfly I like to keep myself busy by seeing my friends and family. I also like my own time though and enjoy taking my dog Sadie (my furry best friend) on long walks over the tops as I think down time is good too!
