BMS Field Service Improver/Trainee

Based in London with a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per year, this full-time position offers a unique opportunity to grow within the field of BMS. As a trainee, you'll acquire essential skills and experience in delivering scheduled BMS services, including:

• Onsite planned preventative maintenance.
• Panel modifications.
• Offsite technical support.
• System hardware testing.
• Developing innovative software applications.
• Participating in an emergency call-out service on a rotational basis.

General Competencies

• Experience or exposure to PPM Site Servicing, small works, and upgrades within an allied industry.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Packages.
• Excellent customer service skills and effective time management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A team player with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.

Working Knowledge

• An apprenticeship or exposure to BMS/BEMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, or Distech is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electrical engineering, facilities management, or BMS/HVAC applications is beneficial.
