BMS Field Service Engineer

As a BMS Field Service Engineer, you'll be integral in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your role will involve:

• Scheduled Service: Performing onsite planned preventative maintenance, panel modifications, and system hardware testing.
• Innovation: Developing new software applications to enhance BMS functionality.
• Support: Providing offsite technical support and participating in an emergency call-out service on a rotational basis.
• Reporting: Completing detailed client reports on service works or callouts promptly.

Competencies Required

• Experience with BMS Software and PPM Site Servicing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Packages and strong computer literacy.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills, Time Keeping, and communication abilities.
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with systems such as Trend, Tridium, or Distech is highly advantageous.
• Background in electrical engineering, Facilities Management, or BMS/HVAC applications is beneficial.
