- CONQ (Cost of Non-Quality) project lead. 2 years project that led to a 47% reduction in the CONQ equating to £1.5M
- NPI of A320neo (Airbus A320 New Engine Option) Introduction of the 1st drag chain automotive style assembly line with zero concessions to the customer.
- Resolution of a critical recurring non-conformance on A380 blocker doors (Thrust Reverser). As project lead, I managed a cross-functional team and using the DMAIC process we identified the root cause, implemented the corrective and preventative actions and defined a repair solution for saving the company in excess of £250K
