3 greatest professional achievements:

  1. I led the consolidation of a global supply chain, removing 3000 suppliers (35%).  Focusing the project on business risk, I avoided £650k in expected future failure costs and by driving new approaches to purchasing made a saving of £2.7m in administration annually.

  2. I modernised the approach to product development, expanding the skills and competencies of the team which enabled the volume of new product launches to increase from 8 – 36 per year.  In doing so generated an additional 40% turnover and broadened the market appeal of our products.

  3. I managed the consolidation and relocation of three sites into one facility to increase productivity.  I defined a more efficient production flow and removed £370k of stock, halved product lead time to 16 weeks improved delivery from 84% to 93%, and quality from 94% to 97.5% RFT.
