I have worked in Manufacturing/production since leaving school, I’ve worked my way up from a general labourer to General Manager and Director of my own business.
I have continued to develop myself and learn new skills and have always applied these skills and developed those around me building winning teams.

- Bought Factory Pallets from receivers and turned it into an award-winning business in 18 months turning over £1.1M and winning business of the year Oldham Business awards.
- Applied lean manufacturing to make huge improvements to a previous business including; 100% OTIF, 100% Health and Safety and quality auditing (external), reduced labour spend by 40% by introducing automation and semi automation, reducing raw materials.
- I relocated a previous site and started from scratch quickly out stripping the main site in volume and performance, rebuilding redundant machinery and bringing in another 2 machines. Growing from 5 employees to 100 over 3 years, taking over more buildings and increasing T/O to over £5M.
