Quality Engineer
Optima’s client are looking for a ‘hands on’ and practical Quality Engineer who can work on the shop floor and assist the Quality Manager throughout a busy period.
With a number of audits coming up, an extra pair of hands is needed to support the day to day running. This professional will offer factory support and dealing with customer enquiries, the position will be roughly 70% of time on the shop floor.
The products cover low volume and high complexity parts, through a mixture of secondary operations, pointed finishing and hand finishing.
You will need:
- To be an experienced Quality Engineer
- Have demonstratable ‘hands on’ experience on the production shop floor
- Manufacturing background (ideally Thermoplastics)
