Are you a Production Engineer looking for the opportunity to progress into a more senior role?

It’s fast paced, high volume manufacturing so you’ll need to have experience of working in that sort of environment as you join the Engineering team in making improvements to the quick processes and production lines.

You’ll have the opportunity to take the lead on some projects and showcase your ability to step up and act as a senior, this will guide you towards getting that promotion and becoming an even more pivotal part of the business.

Short term, there’s probably quite a lot of low hanging fruit initially as this role is currently absent, so you’ll be busy from the word go, if you relish a challenge and like to get stuck into something straight away then this could suit you down to the ground.

You’ll also be getting involved in longer-term projects such as capex and investment planning to look at bringing in new equipment and machinery to increase capacity in the plant, and also production and process line layout designs to ensure maximum efficiency.

Salary is around the £40k mark initially but there may be some flex for the right person, and you’d be based at the site in Bolton.
