You’ll be producing design documentation in accordance with the customer requirements, you’ll carry out control system designs and ensure that the quality is maintained throughout the project. You'll be working on bespoke machinery on a regular basis as well as liaise with design engineers and perform site surveys, often involving travel abroad.

You'll be using different PLCs such as Rockwell and Siemens, plus HMI systems and robotics.

You’ll obviously be a highly experienced controls engineer with experience using PLC and HMI systems and have the ability to manage projects throughout the life cycle.

You can expect the salary to fall in the region of around £50k.
