How many times have you had the opportunity to shape the quality function the way you see fit?

Now I don’t mean altering and slightly changing a system that is already in place… I mean completely shaping quality the way you believe it to be, so writing the QMS from scratch.

Now, this is a dual site role with a grown-up culture and that flexibility of home working when necessary.

As Quality Engineer you’ll implement methodologies for establishing cost of quality, develop and execute a process audit plan and ensure all quality, production and assembly documents are maintained to the latest issue and available at all locations globally. As well as develop NCR process to help drive improvements to products and processes.

Your knowledge of the of core quality tools and good understanding of standard problem-solving tools and techniques will clearly come in handy. Aside from that you’ll want to embed internal & external auditing schedules into the business but the intricacies of that will be up to you to decide.

The salary is expected to be in the region of £30k to £35k.
